All orders need to be confirmed and available.

We can cancel any order because of prices, no stock or if we think there is fraud.

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Can change without telling you in advance.

 5. Payment

We take the payment options shown on our website including Cash on Delivery (if it is available).

6. Shipping

How long it takes to get your order can depend on where you live. Delays that happen because of the delivery company, weather or other unexpected problems are not our fault.

7. Returns and Refunds

If you get an wrong product let us know within 7 days after you receive it. The product needs to be not used. In the original box to get a new one or your money back.

Everything on the website like text, pictures, logos and graphics belongs to Fitrat Naturals. You can’t. Use it without getting permission first.
